Thoughts are the very basis of inception of mankind.
It is very well said that, "As he thinks in his heart, so is he". This saying portrays the crucial nature of thoughts in our life. They are the foundation on which the real life events stand.
This tells us how important role optimism plays in our life.
As the word itself suggests, thought pollution, is not the recent matter, it has its roots in the times of Godly existence on earth. When HE used to be angry while encountering evil, and causing war to protect his believers.
But today, as the life is becoming complex day by day, it's leading to nothing, except mental tensions, frustations, suicides etc., giving an example of thought pollution.
After all, "thought is the seed for every action".
A study shows that over 1 lakh people die by suicides in India, every year. India alone, contributes to more than 10% suicides in the world. The suicide rate in India has been increasing steadily, and has reached 10.5(per 1 lac of population) in 2006, registering a 67% increase over the value of 1980.
In order to curb the waste thinking of people, many spiritual as well as non-spiritual organizations have come up, with the courses like thought pattern management, meditation and yoga, through which they tend to sort out the deep routed problems of mankind, through self-counselling and self-medication processes, so that every person is internally calm and satisfied, which has a reflection of happiness, externally.
"A happy world resides there,
where people have pure thoughts,
where there is no greed, jealousy or anger,
There love, joy and freedom rocks."
